Harpinder Sandhu, Founder & Chairman
Harpinder Sandhu has more than a decade of real estate valuation experience for the provincial government. His expertise with residential, commercial, industrial, and land redevelopment provides a solid background for public property guardianship. He has also co-authored two major policy papers on housing affordability, key in producing provincial housing legislation.
Harpinder has an interest in the importance of civic awareness and the longevity of public institutions. As part of his pension and governance work, he was the keynote speaker at numerous conferences including the OECD Headquarters. His proactive approach to responsible investment is demonstrated as a committee chair of the UN-sponsored Principles of Responsible Investment (Western North America Chapter).
Since 2015, Harpinder has served as a Pension Plan Board member with the second largest pension plan in BC. He is the Investment Committee Board Chair for the largest pension plan in Western Canada, with more than $80 Billion in total assets under management. Harpinder is also a Board member for the Metro Vancouver transit authority and associated with a large union in Canada.

Richard Vu, Founder & CEO
Richard has a background in Capital Markets and Asset Management at RBC. He attended Wilfrid Laurier University and focused on Economics and Financial Mathematics. Richard trail blazed an initiative to create the EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) process to onboard high-risk public companies across all RBC business units. Richard was a part of the first and only cannabis M&A transaction RBC has done. Richard moved on to a Family Office out of Vancouver where they focused solely on acquiring multi-family assets, and commercial properties with expertise in cross-border tax, and investment structure.
In his spare time, he enjoys getting involved in the community. He currently sits on the Rise & Shine Charitable Foundation board, which focuses on giving underprivileged kids in Vancouver the opportunity for leadership and mentorship camps throughout the year. Their key partners are the BC Lions (CFL) and Vancouver White Caps (MLS). Since then Richard has advised on over $1.3B in transactions, facilitated over $350M in exits, and raised over $180M in equity.
